SINEW SEPARATOR SYSTEM

Arı Makina mincer machines have the nerve separating feature and offer you clean and high quality minced meat by separating the solid materials (nerve, cartilage and bone etc.) in the meat.

DEMOUNTABLE GROOVE SYSTEM

Our meat grinders with removable channel system are easy to clean. The meat contact surfaces in the meat grinder are disassembled and can be easily removed and installed. This keeps your machine clean and hygienic.

MECHANICALLY DEBONED MEAT (MDM)

Mechanically deboned meat system, It is used to separate meat and bone from each other. Mainly used for poultry and fish. Our DKM-200 model machines can be work with the MDM (Mechanically Deboned Meat) machine.
